Welcome!

A little about me and why I'm finally joining the blogging world...

I'm an avid reader of blogs of friends as well as people I've never met before but whom totally intrigue me. I'm addicted to reading about other people almost as much as my need to watch reality television.

During Christmas of last year, I decided I wanted to do a blog marking every day of the year with a new photo. That didn't quite work out but I'm starting this blog anyway, just a little late.

In January, I became a graduate student in photography. I'm very excited about learning how to take great photos and the challenge of getting out of my comfort zone and just shooting as much as possible. This blog will be the way I share my photos with friends and family as well as a way to track my progress and growth.

I'm excited to finally be doing this and putting myself out there. I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoy taking them. All comments are welcome and I look forward to hearing from you!

Hey,

These are some really cool shots. The photo of the speed limit sign below the bridge is a unique perspective. I look forward to seeing more photographs that you are taking.

Hey, you! I'm so excited that you're started a blog! And I'm excited to see what you learn in graduate school and follow your work. I so enjoyed working with you at the Chinook -- you're such an intriguing, kind person and I always appreciated you as a friend/co-worker.

Anyway ... keep shooting! Also, you look positively beautiful in your profile picture. :)
